Director of Demand Generation

The Opportunity Forge is building the future of home electrification, and we're looking for a hands-on demand generation expert to help us scale. You'll own demand generation end-to-end, partnering closely with sales and leadership to drive pipeline, improve conversion, and fuel growth. Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll inherit a strong foundation—proven acquisition channels, a robust HubSpot instance, and executive support—but you'll be expected to take it much further. This is not a corporate marketing role. It's a scrappy startup builder role. You'll set the strategy, generate ideas, and execute the work—often all in the same day. We're looking for a true demand gen operator: strategic, highly hands-on, and energized by building. If you thrive in ambiguity and love rolling up your sleeves, you’re in the right place.
