Role Purpose: The Training Supervisor will perform as a functional trainer and be responsible for administering field station training programs for passenger service operations through classroom, hands on and verbal instruction. This individual will also assist and provide support to training management on matters of safety, security and education through training and training programs. As well as proactively promote a “safety first” culture by introducing safe working procedures in accordance with Menzies Aviation’s policies and procedures. The position will be required to receive and maintain Frontier passenger service training certification, Menzies Aviation trainer certification and other certifications as needed.
