*0.6 FTE - Job Share* Location - London or Bristol. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever (Pro-rated) Why this job matters: In this job share role you’ll drive and manage complex, outcome-focused organisation design initiatives that may span multiple business units or functions, ensuring coherence and integration across the in-scope organisation(s). You’ll need to partner with and support the business units to simplify how teams are structured and work together. This role will own and drive significant elements of the unit organisation design & effectiveness and change agenda. This includes LT-sponsored projects to enhance our operating model effectiveness, Group-driven programmes to simplify our organisation architecture, Business Unit organisation design work aimed at making our organisations as effective as possible for meeting our strategic goals. You will make a difference to the business units you partner through a supportive but challenging consultative approach with our Director and MD leaders, pushing for courageous decisions in their organisations.
