Job DetailsJob Location: Sheboygan SP - Sheboygan, WI 53081Job Shift: DayAs a Process Engineer you will improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of production processes and equipment through the application of engineering principles. Facilitate trials, equipment upgrades, and new equipment installations with careful planning, documentation, and communication. Support production and maintenance through root cause analysis. What You'll Be Doing: - Work with manufacturing departments to improve current production processes. Improvements would include, but not be limited to productivity improvements, set up time reductions, overall efficiencies improvements, and/or scrap reduction initiatives. - Assist in providing technical support as it applies to changes to the production process. - Work with subsidiary manufacturing departments as liaison to assist in the implementation of suggested improvement to the process and production procedures. - Assist with the launches of new and/or different production projects. - Specify new equipment and upgrade requirements alongside the maintenance team and third-party vendors. - Assess the processability of new products through production sca...
