The Underground Drilling Division within Business Area Mining is an industry leading global provider of drilling equipment for underground mining and tunneling industry with focus on technology development and future innovative solutions to enable sustainable operations for our customers. Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy’s Tampere site is a global technology and manufacturing center for Underground Drilling equipment. We are strengthening our supplier development and quality capabilities and are now looking for a Supplier Development Leader / Supplier Quality Engineer to support our Sourcing organization across multiple categories. The position is permanent and located in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland. In this role, you will work broadly across the supplier base, with a clear focus on proprietary electric assemblies , while also supporting other sourcing categories as needed. Prior experience from electrical assembly contract manufacturing is considered a strong advantage. Experience within hydraulic components or powertrain is also seen as beneficial.
