Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an evening shift Environmental Service / Custodial Operations Manager 2 for Round Rock Medical Center located in Round Rock, TX. St. David's Round Rock Medical Center offers comprehensive health services, including neurosurgery, orthopedics, minimally invasive robotic surgery, advanced trauma care, a dedicated oncology unit, inpatient physical rehab and emergency medicine. In addition, specialized cardiac care is provided at the adjacent Heart Hospital of Austin at St. David's Round Rock. What You'll Do: - be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; - provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; - work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director; - effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or - support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
