Title: Admissions & Records Specialist POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for creating and maintaining College admissions records for both new applicants and returning students. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform job duties from the assigned campus or work location. Monitors daily the Course Plan of Study report and communicates outcomes to the Financial Aid office for processing. Monitors daily consolidation of records in Slate CRM. Retrieves daily list of admitted students from Slate CRM and maintains and prints admissions decision letters. Shares primary responsibility for accepting applications, processing applications, maintaining student files, making referrals and answering other questions relative to admissions and records requirements, including for academic programs with special admissions requirements. Serves as a subject matter expert with regard to College admissions and records policies and procedures and assists students and faculty and staff with regard to these policies and procedures.
