Remote anywhere in the continental United States Position Purpose: With the Population Health and Clinical Operations Finance team, you analyze the relationship between operational performance and financial outcomes. Produce KPI performance views of (QAI) Quality and Affordability Initiatives. Translate KPI performance into financial outcomes. Monitor QAI progression through action, execution and decision gates. Monitor risks and issues and escalate to leadership as appropriate - Partner with Medical Economics to drive trend analysis and KPI tracking and monitoring - Monitor execution and performance of initiatives and work with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives focused on performance improvement, implementing Corrective Action Plans as needed - Drive strategic initiatives focused on medical expense optimization, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness, and resource allocation -...
