Job description
Supervises employees who maintain, repair and service all vehicles and equipment. Assigns vehicles to authorized personnel and maintains records of use, mileage, maintenance, repairs and service. Coordinates the day-to-day operations of a groups of Technicians assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts and providing technical guidance on more complex issues. Inspects and reviews the results of maintenance and repair works, monitors repairs and performs vehicle audits to ensure technicians adhere to safety, regulatory and appearance standards. Review any equipment failures and replacements to identify trends and monitor key expense induces.In the state of Washington, this position is considered a safety-sensitive position and is therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis.$39.17/hr Major Responsibilities - Oversee repair diagnostics on more complex matters and provide coaching, where necessary; may be required to road test vehicles to determine necessary repairs.
