JOB TITLE: Information Technology Support REPORTS TO: Network and Desktop Support ManagerFLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This job description should not be interpreted as all-inclusive. Install and upgrade workstations, loading all necessary software Relocate computer equipment as necessary, connecting and setting up hardware Monitoring and maintaining technology for maximum access Installing and maintaining passwords and advising staff about any security breaches such as a change in password Monitoring security and ensuring that lock out programs are installed Troubleshoot all issues in a timely manner by prioritizing work orders make recommendations about purchase of resources Ensure hardware is stripped before disposal Diagnose and repair equipment, including printers, terminals, and personal computers Service equipment according to established preventative maintenance schedule Maintain an updated inventory of software, hardware and resources Maintain a...
