Microamp is looking for an Executive Assistant – Office Operations to support the company’s leadership in managing day-to-day operations and contributing to long-term organizational development. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to ensure operational efficiency, structured internal processes, and effective coordination across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Executive & Operational Support: Managing calendars, priorities and meeting coordination for Executives Organising business travel and handling related logistics Supporting day-to-day operations and handling ad hoc executive requests Administrative & Document Management: Overseeing corporate documentation and contract processes (NDAs, partnership agreements, MoUs, etc.) Coordinating the full document lifecycle, from preparation and internal approvals to signing and archiving Monitoring deadlines and ensuring proper document control Managing administrative correspondence and maintaining organised records Cooperating with law firms, accounting offices and external service providers Supporting procurement processes and administrative aspects of projects, including publicly funded projects where app...
