The Facilities Floor Care & Housekeeping Maintenance Specialist is a specialized housekeeping role responsible for advanced floor care, deep cleaning, and light, housekeeping-adjacent maintenance within guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas. The primary focus of this position is the appearance, cleanliness, and functional condition of finishes, surfaces, and fixtures typically maintained by a housekeeping department. This role does not perform building, systems, or trade-level maintenance and does not replace the responsibilities of the JRTC Maintenance Department. Any repairs or issues beyond light, non-technical scope are identified and escalated to Maintenance. During peak seasons and high-occupancy periods, this position will also support general housekeeping and service cleaning operations as needed.
