Job description

Location Address: 115 Poland Spring Drive, Poland, Maine 04274 Work Shift: 12hr-C Shift (United States of America) The Lead provides direction and support to the shift team. Drives compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, such as Safety, Quality, GMP, and CPS. May be assigned to one or more of following functions: Production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Quality. Roles and Responsibilities: Champions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior  Monitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affect employee safety and security; takes corrective action  Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies  Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, maintenance, machine operation and quality assurance training to new employees  Prepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees  Provides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior  Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties Production:  Operates blow mold machines and other related equipment...
