Job Description: The EPMO Senior Project Leader leads definition, development, and deployment of key strategic initiatives in the business. The EPMO team is responsible for framing up and delivering large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives. The EPMO Sr Project Leader leads and directs cross-functional team members throughout the project. This role is responsible for managing multiple cross-functional workstreams in the program while continuously summarizing and translating progress and challenges for Executive Leadership’s visibility. This position is a fundamental part of our cross-functional team located in a fast-paced transactional environment of the corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven “big picture” vision, communication skills that can inspire change and provide clarity to complex challenges, possess innate curiosity and problem solving mentality, and bring change management experience in various transactional processes including supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and sales.
