Job No: 557585; 04/27/2026 PROSPECT RESEARCH ANALYST Administrative Analyst Specialist II University Advancement Salary Range : $5,274 - $7,684/Monthly (Budgeted Hiring Salary Range $5,274-$5,709/Monthly) Work Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Exempt classification. Essential Functions : Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services, the incumbent will identify, research, and qualify or determine whether individuals are major gift prospects, consistent with the priorities of the University. To accomplish these tasks and ensure the fundraising staff has an on-going supply of prospects to meet the University’s fundraising goals, the incumbent will conduct comprehensive research and analysis using free and paid prospect research tools, such as LexisNexis, ResearchPoint, Target Analytics, and LiveAlumni, in addition to the constituent relationship management database, Raiser’s Edge. The incumbent will use their analysis of data to create comprehensive prospective donor research profiles, event bios, due-diligence screenings, and various requested reports related to prospect research.
