Warehouse Operative Location: Kettering: Reporting to: Operations Team Lead: Salary: Competitive + Annual Bonus: Hours: 42.5 per week: Shift pattern: 5 days per week, 8.5 hours per day, scheduled either Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. About the role: We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Operative who will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our new Distribution Centre . Working as part of a high-performing team, the role ensures the accurate picking, packing, storage, and movement of pharmaceutical products in line with company procedures, regulatory standards, and safety requirements. The Warehouse Operative will contribute to the success of the site from the ground up - helping to establish best practices, maintain an organised and efficient workspace, and ensure seamless support for pharmacy services across the business.
