Director of Supply Planning & Procurement Department: Production/Warehouse: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Milan 4905: Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000 / year Description: The Director of Supply Planning & Procurement will lead the transformation of multiple departments by unifying dispersed procurement functions, strengthening ownership of Master Planning within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and modernizing procurement operations through enhanced planning discipline, process alignment, and automation. This role requires a hands-on, forward-thinking leader capable of assessing current processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and building a scalable procurement and supply planning capability. The Director will play a key role in shifting the organization toward system-driven purchasing, where planning signals generated within the ERP environment guide procurement decisions, inventory strategy, and supplier coordination.
