Position Summary: The Plumbing Department Manager will spearhead the establishment and growth of Redblue’s plumbing division. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in commercial plumbing who can develop a new book of business, build lasting client relationships, and recruit and manage a high-performing plumbing team.
