About the role: The Manager, Strategy & Operations serves as a critical driver of the technology organization’s culture and operational rhythm. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of departmental processes, ensuring the "pulse of the team" remains healthy while providing essential support to the technology leadership team. By bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and disciplined execution, the Manager ensures the technology team stays synchronized and efficient.
