This position provides direct oversight of day-to-day financial and accounting operations, including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. What You’ll Do: Accounting & Administration Oversee the proper implementation and maintenance of all accounting systems and functions. Supervise and manage the finance staff. Promote process improvement, cross-training, and a culture of collaboration across departments. Maintain proper recording of all donations and grants including tracking of all restricted funds. Assist with the development and maintenance of finance department policies, procedures, and documentation to support consistency and accountability.
