Labcorp is seeking a Network Specialist - Desktop Support in our Westborough, MA location. Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, non-exempt (hourly) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. Key Responsibilities: IT Support: Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Local and Remote Offices: Support IT needs for both local and remote offices, addressing IT-related challenges and ensuring consistent performance. Project Work: Participate in IT projects, including installations, upgrades, and system migrations, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders. Account Management: Handle account creation, reactivations, terminations, and password resets for Women's Health and Genetics Laboratory systems.
