Amentum is seeking an IT Specialist to support a program in Scarborough, UK Responsibilities: The IT Specialist will assist the 19th EWS IT Manager with tech refreshes and inventory control for the 19th EWS IT equipment. Conduct IT management activities that include, by are not limited to: configuring and updating Ramstein Non-classified Internet Protocol Router/ Secret Internet Protocol Router and all UAWC networks; implementation and oversight of email account management programs Configuring Windows operating systems and peripherals Maintaining printer, to include, adding to print server, mapping to user computers, and troubleshooting problems Planning and delivering user support services, such as basic network connectivity, video teleconference support, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and/or training, in response to user IT requirements; and Installing, troubleshooting, configuring voice over internet phone systems.
