Works as a team player with a common goal of providing a safe and clean environment for all persons living and working at Little City Foundation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential duties and responsibilities, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the task to be performed. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein is such duties are a logical assignment to the position. 1. Communicates all major problems to the Building Maintenance Manager. 2. Maintenance of assigned buildings including but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, lock repair, appliance repair, replacement of broken glass and screens. 3.
