Job Description: Head of System Integration Team As part of Airbus’s ambition to grow a proficient and competitive Engineering organisation, we are launching a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland. This initiative aims to leverage Poland’s talent pool and technological ecosystem, specifically in the field of Propulsion systems, while supporting our broader Engineering workload and competitiveness requirements, and reinforcing Airbus’ strategic engagement with Poland. Role Overview: Join the Airbus Poland Engineering center, as the Manager of the “System Integration” team, responsible for the seamless integration of Propulsion Systems (Engine and Nacelle) into the Airbus fleet. Your team will act as the primary technical link between Engine/Nacelle suppliers and our internal design office teams. You will lead and develop a team composed of around 10 Engineers in charge of System Integration of Engine and Nacelle products, producing technical requirements, monitoring supplier development milestones, proposing integration solutions that balance weight, cost, durability and performance, while ensuring the highest level of Safety and Quality.
