Overview The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! This job posting is for multiple entry-level positions across various departments and shifts. Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings. 1st Shift - 6:45AM - 4:15PM, Monday-Friday 2nd Shift - 4:15PM - 2:30AM, Monday - Friday Benefits: - Benefits begin after required waiting period. - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401k with Employer Match - Group Life Insurance Responsibilities: - Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties. - Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions. - Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP). - Must keep work area clean and orderly.
