What We’re Looking For: Michael Baker International is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support our data center sector and work collaboratively with technical leads to prepare winning proposals and presentations. The Proposal Specialist II will partner with the Sector Lead and Capture Managers to jointly lead marketing efforts, the development of proposals and interviews within the company’s best practices framework. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized and possesses project management, writing, and page layout skills. He/she is skilled in working with a team to formulate a pursuit’s strategic messages. The successful candidate will have leadership qualities and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, superior communication skills, problem solving ability, organizational skills, and transparency. They will be a strategic thinker and will push the status quo for continuous improvement.
