This role provides day‑to‑day HR and administrative support in both English and Spanish, ensuring employees feel informed, understood, and valued. Serving as a friendly point of contact, the Bilingual Human Resources Assistant assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee questions, and HR processes while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive employee experience.
