Vice President, Business Development

Overview Integral Federal is seeking a senior, hands-on Vice President of Business Development to grow and expand a portfolio of Department of the Army accounts focused on digital transformation and systems engineering. This role is designed for an action-oriented leader, results-driven, experienced BD professional who brings direct Army relationships and access and can immediately drive opportunity identification, qualification, and capture — without reliance on prime contractors or intermediaries as the primary entry point. This is not a figurehead or advisory role. The successful candidate will have a proven record of operating with a high degree of personal ownership and independence, executing across the full business development lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment. They must be comfortable and willing to perform both strategic and tactical tasks from shaping and influencing opportunities at the customer level to maintaining CRM hygiene, developing gate review materials, using and monitoring market intelligence tools (i.e., GovWin, SAM.gov), and contributing directly to written artifacts when needed.
