As part of the WelbeHealth Launch Team, the Director of Operations, Launch is accountable for the initial launch and management of new programs. This role requires expertise in overseeing complex, cross-functional projects, hiring frontline healthcare team members, and building and directing high-functioning teams. Essential Job Duties: - Head new program pre-launch, launch, and immediate post-launch success, including leading a cross-functional team to deliver on our network, enrollment, workforce, and project management targets - Continuously improve and codify enterprise best practices in the new market launch playbook to apply at future new program launches - Ensure new program leaders are onboarded, trained, and mentored in alignment with best practices with clear intention to shift full accountability to the new leadership team within 90-days post launch - Serve in a transitional or interim leadership role for launch and mature programs when needed - Oversee hiring, onboarding, and required progr...
