For our R&D Centre, located at the AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a new colleague (f/m) for the Research & Innovation department Your responsibilities: - Research and analysis of new and innovative technologies for the production of gluten-free and medical nutrition products - Collaboration with the technical department in the implementation of new production lines or the improvement of existing ones - Execution of industrial trials at our production sites or at third-party manufacturers Your profile: - Master’s Degree in Food Engineering / Food Technology - Preferably 3–5 years of experience in food technologies and industrial food processing plants - Ability to work in a team, proactive approach, goal orientation, problem-solving skills, and strong project management abilities - Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad - Fluent knowledge of English; knowledge of German is considered an asset Your benefits: Are you ready to free the best in you?
