Let’s talk about the role!: This position is responsible to manag e the recruitment processes for stores and HQ from intake to offer, including the management of the relationship with hiring manager as well as the relevant HR Business Partner, with the final goal of delivering the highest quality candidate for each position. You will execute the employer branding strategy for retail in the country, and develop the sourcing plan , focusing on criteria of efficiency and effectiveness.
