Brandeis University is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist in the payroll department. The Payroll Specialist is r esponsible for deadline driven and accurate end-to-end payroll administration. This position is responsible for the auditing many aspects of payroll data within the exempt and non-exempt payrolls. The Payroll Specialist supports the Brandeis community via data processing, data analytics, and responding to a large spectrum of questions from the community to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. This position handles confidential information and must ensure compliance with university policies as well as state and federal legal requirements. This position requires exceptional customer service skills to handle a wide range of employee types and the problems that each unique employee type might encounter. The salary range for the position is $56 - 62K (annualized, will be paid hourly).
