Culinary Dishwasher - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants Pay Rate: $16.00. This is not tipped position. Schedule: Part time schedule. Hiring for evening and overnight shifts. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of food service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen enviornment and stand for long periods of time. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus, but not required - Understanding of basic sanitation and safety standards - Willingness to take direction and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks - Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day. - Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds Job Summary: Summary: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
