Summary: Manages maintenance execution, equipment reliability, and capital improvement across manufacturing operations. Creates a strategic engineering focus on plant reliability while ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Serves as process owner of the Maintenance Work Management Process. Partners with Operations and Engineering to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and in support of production goals.
