Scrum Master - Senior Software Engineer

V2X is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Engineering team based in Indianapolis, IN supporting development and integration of advanced systems including situational awareness displays, mission computers, avionics, sensors, mission equipment, and radar systems. Most of our programs involve hardware in the loop where our software is integrated and tested with the hardware in a lab and then in the field. Job Description and Responsibilities: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and coach one or more of our development teams in applying the Scrum framework effectively. The SCM will focus on producing timely and relevant software releases to meet customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and self-organization, ensuring our teams deliver high-value product increments efficiently.
