Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Work Experience: - A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in technology or digital development roles. - A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required. Other Work Experience: Experience shaping AI-enabled technical approaches, mentoring others on tool usage and judgment, and establishing responsible patterns for AI assistance across multiple projects or teams. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to lead through ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information. - Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to raise quality across people and projects. - Clear and persuasive communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
