Solution Delivery Specialist

Job description

Requirements: - Follows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery; - Execute test phases for internal functional test and customer validation; - Participates to test plan definition, design and execute test scripts; - Supports operation in processes understanding, adoption and Acceptance Testing; - Be the point of contact between the software factory and business operation; - Supports the delivery of WMS solutions from requirements gathering to functional, integration and acceptance testing; - Highlights gaps and share solution proposal; - Reports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis; - Interacts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement; - Explains processes designed and new functionalities to operation key users; - Report progress according to KPI’s identified; - Communicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders. - Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred; - Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry; - Hands-on WMS...
