Your new job includes: We are establishing a new legal entity in Istanbul (Büyükçekmece District) to serve as a logistics hub for the region. In the role as Managing Director Logistics Hub Istanbul (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Director of Logistics at our headquarters in Hamburg and assume a pivotal responsibility for establishing the organization from its inception, including team recruitment, process design, and operational setup. Once established, your focus will shift to ensuring efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness across the externally operated hub. You will build strong 3PL partnerships and drive continuous improvement for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
