Job Summary The Clinical Informaticist Regulatory Specialist will serve as an interoperability subject matter expert throughout the project life cycle of current and future Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiatives across CHS hospital and ambulatory locations. As the Regulatory lead, the Specialist ensures data exchange and interoperability protocols align with HL7 FHIR, CCDA, and USCDI standards. The role manages concurrent data submission and exchange projects in compliance with state and federal mandates, maintaining consistent audit readiness through rigorous documentation management. This Specialist is directly responsible for accuracy, integrity and timeliness of HIE data flows, ensuring the overall compliance and successful execution of all HIE initiatives.
