Position Summary: We are seeking Maintenance Team Member to utilize their USCG or US Navy practical engineering experience and technical writing skills to develop and review RCM, MPCs, and Technical Manuals. The purpose of this work is to provide detailed and technically correct Maintenance data for the Hull, Machinery and electrical (HM&E) and Marine Electronics equipment on the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC). Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and review RCM, MPCs to include, drafting, updating, reviewing, correcting and quality control reviews in accordance with the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Development Process Guide CGTO PG-85-00-230-S by performing the following tasks: - Develop and review Maintenance requirements generated by the Reliability Centered Maintenance process and generate new MPCs identified on the approved Maintenance Requirement List (MRL). - Develop detailed maintenance procedures for required preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. - Identify required tools, consumables, expendables, and appropriate cautions and warnings - Research various systems for technical and supply data; provide technical recommendations for Technical Publication...
