Support Services Specialist (50%), Call Center - College of Dentistry - ( 26002785 ) Description Are you self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and customer focused? The University of Iowa’s College of Dentistry has a great opportunity for you as a customer service professional in our clinics. The Support Services Specialist is the first point of contact for our patients, interacting both by phone and in person. This is a part time, onsite position, with work hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
