Join Harrods as our Head of Partnerships ( 12 month FTC), leading the future of luxury retail media and strategic brand collaborations. About the Role: This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering Harrods’ Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy across all categories. You will drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen high-value partner relationships, and optimise the use of marketing and media inventory, balancing commercial success with brand integrity and exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Leading the development and execution of the Partnerships and Retail Media commercial strategy in alignment with wider business objectives . Owning the end-to-end B2B client account management strategy, including segmentation, lifecycle planning, and senior stakeholder engagement. Designing and embedding a strategic inventory planning and yield optimisation framework to maximise revenue and performance.
