Head of OEM Growth Contract Manufacturing Platform | Sheet Metal & Welding Pen Manufacturing is building a scalable contract manufacturing platform focused on precision sheet metal fabrication and welding. We are seeking a senior OEM growth leader to develop and prove a repeatable OEM acquisition strategy within our current operation, then expand that model across future acquired facilities. This role is not limited to one plant. It is designed to build a scalable OEM growth engine.
