Brown University Health (Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and Newport Hospital - affiliated hospitals of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University) is seeking a clinical or counseling psychologist to join our Young Adult and General Outpatient Psychiatry teams. This blended position is a unique opportunity to work in both general adult outpatient and young adult behavioral health, serving a diverse range of populations and working closely with a renowned multidisciplinary team. Outpatient psychologists in our Adult Outpatient program carry long-term patients from a wide range of backgrounds. We work closely with our psychiatrists and care coordinators who assist us in connecting our patients with essential community resources. The Young Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Program helps 18- to 26-year-olds struggling with psychiatric illness live more productive lives by providing comprehensive and age-appropriate psychiatric services.
