Description Department: Athletic Department: Job Status: Open until filed: FLSA Status: Salaried: Reports To: Director of Athletics: Grade/Level: n/a: Amount of Travel Required: Seasonal: Work Schedule: Full Time: Positions Supervised: n/a: POSITION SUMMARY: Although the position is primarily for the role of coaching the sprints, hurdles and relays the Assistant is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, schedule, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising and coaching team members. The Assistant is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Benedictine College, the Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart), and the NAIA.
