Job DetailsJob Location: East Palo Alto, CA 94303Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 HourlyWe are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a mobile home park in Palmdale area. Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of: Building and facility maintenance. Plumbing and electrical systems. Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water). Groundskeeping and landscape. Swimming pool maintenance. General carpentry. QualificationsDesired skills and experience: Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
