Position Summary The Dean/Director of Education (DOE) leads academic quality and effectiveness across the institution. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of academic programs, faculty performance, and student success initiatives. The DOE develops and enforces academic policies, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports continuous improvement of curriculum and instructional delivery. As the academic leader, the DOE partners with the School Director, National Director of Education, and Vice President of Education to address academic performance, retention, and institutional effectiveness. This role also serves as the primary liaison with accrediting and licensing agencies and may act on behalf of the School Director when needed.
