Job Overview The Balloons Manufacturing Technician reports to the Balloons Senior Engineer and will be responsible for providing engineering support to Operations and the development of existing and new process technologies. 3 x 12 Hour Shift, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. Job Requirements: Health & Safety: Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are fulfilled for the manufacturing process. Quality: Support Engineering in Yield improvement Projects Ownership of Balloon Forming Machine Set-ups Continuous Improvement: Identify, manage and deliver machine uptime/safety/quality improvement opportunities Work with Manufacturing Engineers to develop troubleshooting guides and to improve/standardise existing balloon production processes and procedures. Technical support of production equipment with responsibility for process yields, equipment OEE, TPM and Health and Safety.
