About this role She/he will analyze incoming Data Center trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs, translate them into a products & solutions strategy that offers competitive differentiation, and derive the system architecture as well as system and sub-system technical requirements. Working with the rest of the engineering organization and product managers, this leader will drive product solutions that enable a strategic, customer-centric product portfolio that is optimized across regions. This leader will work closely with sales, marketing and operations internally to develop new products that support the growth in this fast-paced segment where changes are expected to continue. Establishes the key priorities in workflow processes and oversees the execution of resource allocations to ensure optimization of strategy and implementation. Role Responsibilities: Collect and analyze emerging trends in Data Center build and operation. Assess customer needs (hyperscalers, colos, others) and understand the technical solutions from competition.
