David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium Janitorial Supervisor - 9pm-5:30am: Pay Rate - $16.00 an hour BASIC FUNCTION: Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire a Janitorial Supervisor. The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for all administrative responsibilities for a designated shift in addition to filling in as a General Cleaner when operation calls for the Shift Supervisor to perform those duties. To ensure the cleanliness of the facility and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Janitorial Supervisor reports to the Site Manager and receives their work assignment from the same. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: •Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts. •Control labor hours and labor, materials, and equipment costs. •Communicates acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforces them. •Ensures all supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete assigned tasks. •Provides employee training and communicates company/client policies and procedures. •Conduct walk-thru inspections of the facility throughout the length of the shift. •Conduct in-service meeti...
